NJSIGtrain.org is a dynamic web-based platform designed specifically for the members of the New Jersey School Insurance Group (NJSIG). This platform provides state-of-the-art training, human resources functions, as well as up-to-date information important to school districts and their employees. NJSIGtrain.org takes your organization to the next level in web-based education, training and risk management.

This site provides harassment prevention, discrimination prevention, workplace ethics and other training for those who supervise other employees. It also offers training on promoting child safe environments for all those who work with children. Web-based articles provide weekly information on health and wellness, safety, leadership, legal updates, and risk prevention techniques, including downloadable checklists for future use. Model policies and procedures and online human resource functions are available for your use at no cost. Because NJSIGtrain.org is dynamic, your entity can manipulate the site to meet your specific needs.
